You'll have to decide that for yourself. The features of Kermit 95 are
listed on the Web page:

Maybe you will see features there that you wish OS/2 C-Kermit 5A(191) had.
Aside from all the additional emulations, the massively improved key mapping,
etc, there is the new-and-improved script programming language and a new
manual that explains it (and a lot more).
Approximately two solid years of work have gone into this software since
5A(191) was announced. It does more, it's more flexible and configurable,
it's easier to use, etc etc, but most of all -- it is now the only
supported Kermit software for OS/2.
